Cancellation Policy

You may cancel the card within 24 hours from the time your application was received for a full refund of your £6.00 application fee.

After this time, if the application has been completed correctly and authorised, it will have entered our print process, at which time it can no longer be cancelled and no refund will be given.

As per the distance selling rules regulations, we cannot accept cancellation of a card after it has been printed as it is a personalised card.
